My wife and I have been Bank of America customers for many years. We each have a credit card from them. We have never been late, never missed a payment, and always paid more than the minimum payments. Our other bills are paid on time and as agreed. In fact, our credit reports have never looked better. And, Bank of America has even told me repeatedly that, because of these facts, we are considered good customers. So why do they want to punish good customers? [...] |
