I had the same expierence, really pushy sales people, "who were looking out for me", I started the program on a thursday, and that same afternoon read horrible press about them, so I called them back same afternoon to cancel, but they were closed for the day. I called them back the day after Friday to cancel and have a refund issued to my credit card, if it was charged. The sales guy was really pushy, and gave me a hard time for cancelling, it took me an half hour, before he switched me to customer service, and the lady there didn't want me to cancel either, till finally she got discussed and said ok. However my credit card just got charged, I will call my credit card company to dispute this charge immediately, also worried now about reacurring charges every month on my card. Any body who that desperate or as pushy as their company is bogus. A legit company won't give u the hard time I had when I wanted to to cancel, it seems to me, they want to take as much money from people as possible, deny all claims, and run away with the money before they go out of business.

I to had a similar experience. The quote for my 2004 Explorer with 83,000 miles was $395 down and $249 for 12 months for powertrain coverage with a $100 deductable.. I had to decide by the end of the conversation. When I said I did niot want it the nice polite salesman started to become pushy. I told him a least 6 time I did not want it but he kept trying to scare me with horror stories about what it would cost me if I needed repairs and did not have their plan. I finally had to hang up on him. Two days later he called again and I told him I had already said I didn't want it and the pushiness started right up . So again I had to hang up on him.n I will put the money start putting the money($3383)in a bank account over the nex5t year so if something happens I will have some money for repairs.
