A new book by Amy Epstein Feldman and Robin Epstein, “So Sue Me, Jackass!: Avoiding Legal Pitfalls That Can Come Back to Bite You at Work, at Home, and at Play”, answers those legal questions people seem to come up with about various things such as disputing items you purchased with your own credit card, can you get fired for being too fat, or can I sue for bad sex.
Unless you have a good friend who’s a lawyer and doesn’t mind you asking these questions, this is a great book to get you started on the right road.
