According to this article in Politico, the White House has disabled their flag@whitehouse.gov email address. If the effort was truly to gather questions about the health care reform bill and not collecting names, then there are better ways to go about it so people can post anonymously and the questions can be answered in a FAQ form. That way, the White House doesn’t have to worry about the record keeping aspect, and citizens don’t have to worry that they are on some kind of list.
